报告人简介:

        董筱波,2006年获得香港科技大学博士学位,现今担任杭州地铁集团高级工程师。其主要研究领域包括土体结构与电学特性的关系及电磁波测量技术,DEM方法等。

 

Abstract

In this presentation, an open-ended coaxial probe is selected to explore the broadband measurement of complex permittivity from 1kHz up to 3GHz. In this range, firstly, a complex permittivity spectrum is measured in different kaolinite sediments caused by various pH environments. A higher dielectric constant is obtained in face-to-edge flocculation rather than that in face-to-face aggregation where surface conduction dominates the global conductivity. Secondly, by means of mechanical wave method on two different fabric associations, the anisotropy is obviously occurred in face-to-face aggregation due to the packing arrangement. Finally, a local dielectric measurement is engaged to characterize the spatial variability. In the results of kaolinite sediments and granular materials, the dependence of porosity, conduction upon depth is figured out and explained.
